2.) The LICENSE file didn't contain the AMQP license for the specs.
3.) The dotnet release didn't have a source distribut

We rebuild the java RC after cleaning up the dependencies.
Since there are no code changes (except for one file which removed
references to commons logging) and only POM changes, we decided to restart
the vote on incubator list. We have also communicated the message to the
qpid list.

Yes, we have no use of the servlet API.
For JMS we only use the geronimo spec files.
As Martin pointed out, maven seems to be pulling all these jars into the build.
