[gentoo-amd64] fvwm in 32-bit compatibility mode

Hi, I realized that there are at least two problems with fvwm and AMD64: 1. Transient windows which belong to any QT application such as k3b or QT-designer open on a different viewport as the application itself. 2. The menus of openoffice won't be displayed well such that I'm unable to reach all

Hi all, I recently bought a no-name flash card reader, and I have a problem making it work under gentoo. I tested it under Ubuntu-amd64, and it works well. By 'well' I mean when I insert a card into the reader, the corresponding device /dev/sd[letter][number] is automatically created and I can mo
