I selected the blocker option, forcing users to unmerge gnupg-1.9.
Users that used only 1.9 slot, will be notified later by revbumping this slot.

So im wondering, and i have not really done any research, if this has been
up on discussion before..
but, wouldnt it be a pretty neat thing to do, to make "emerge --sync" do a
diff on your /usr/portage compared to the remote repository.
Then, just merge the differences.
