I use an O*Bsd server running apache 1.3 with mod_dav. I have run the
same setup on gentoo with apache2 and mod_dav. Very simple. I use a
webcal standard file (ics) in EvolutionSunbirdphpicalendar all
just spiffy. Works like a charm no problem. If you need help setting

Thanks for the advice. Forgive my ignorance (I'm new to these PIM tools
like calendars - I've used scraps of paper up 'till now :-), but when
you say you use other tools (mozilla/firefox/thunderbird calendar
extension) to edit it, does that have to happen on the same machine on
which your calendar
