I think a bare, minimum “official” image would be a good start for many people.

out, we have to redirect them back to the logout endpoint on the OpenID server
so the Single Sign-On removes/invalidates the session.

Perhaps a "Render Order" column that indicates 4, 3, 2, 1 listing the explicit
order the layers will be rendered? Then the Top = Bottom and Bottom = Top
labels will make sense to people that need the numbering to see the
direction/ordering of render.

A large percentage of our customers are government agencies. Unfortunately,
there are many cases where they cannot upgrade browsers or even the OS for long
