Hello. I finally found time to calculate a test script for the
Equidistant Cylindrical. I also made a few changes to get the test
script running:

Since last night I have not been able to access svn.geotools.org or
www.geotools.org. I have tried from home and UBC, so it is not just a
problem on my local machine.
