I had the same problem again while running the tests even with the
commit applied. I'm sorry the problem remains :(
Thanks for the additional information. I spent a lot of time looking
at other install guides to try to piece together what actually is
required, I'm sure I had extra steps in there that weren't required,
but the documentation wasn't all that thorough in explaining what is
and isn't required.

Not really, I have at least 1Gb of free memory (4Gb total), and more 8Gb of
free swap, which should be more than enough for my small server.
So I'm really clueless here. Maybe the refactoring that Christian is doing
on the ActiveMessaging will solve this, I'll wait for it to be mainlined.
