i am the active translator for tamil.

two who have svn rights
he seems to be missing now. no mail, not on chat.no reply to mails sent

and the deadline has just now
building the tarballs now, so I'm afraid you might as weel wait and have you
own coordinator do it, and then they will be in the 2.20.1 packages.
