Oddly enough, the rpm version doesn't seem to have anything to do with
the gtkhtml3 version, which is libgtkhtml-3.1.

Try again. I just committed a change that should fix this.
You claim you have gtkhtml-3.3.2-3 installed, but it's finding 3.1,
not 3.3. Regardless, let me know if current CVS fixes this issue

I have been trying to build the latest copy of gnucash from cvs periodically
for months. I once suceeded but that was many months ago.
Most recently I had a problem with swig that someone else also reported.
I just grabbed the latest sources for gnucash and that one is gone.

I grabbed guile 1.3 from the gnucash ftp site.
I am now having problems with the cvs version of XmHtml
compiling. Think i need to fetch 1.5 from ftp.
Why isn't this in cvs?

On to these build errors. A couple of 10.4 users have reported gnucash
build errors via macports. One is on ppc, the other I don't know. I'm
on 10.5 intel and haven't been able to recreate the problem. The error
they see is:
