It seems you have inadvertently expanded the hidden Rate column beyond its
usual 1 pixel width - see this thread for details -

Judging by the thick line to the left of the "R" (Reconcile) column you
perhaps have reduced that

Use the Edit Account dialogue and check the account type of the account. To get
the Rate column it is likely that it is of type "Asset" but one of the subtypes
of "Asset", "Stock" etc. If it is a bank account it should be of type "Bank" as
this will enable some features specific to bank ac

your csv is reflecting the right format

Hello Nicolas,
I'm on GnuCash 5.3 already. Here you can freely choose the currency
format in the import dialogue, i.e. the decimal separator can be changed
from comma to point or vice versa. So updating your GnuCash could be
very easy solution to your issue.
