you're right in what you say, but with "no major obstacles" I meant there
are of course obstacles to recognition WITHIN the EU but in a lesser degree
than for those coming from an EXTRA-EU country and want their studies to be
recognized in a EU-country. Indeed, you always need to do
jungle of paperwork or just try to meet up with a big
guy.
