Hi Vinny, it actually starting working again for us yesterday as well. I
would estimate that the login service was down for 4 to 5 hours with very
intermittent service. We had no error logs. The 500 was appearing after
the login screen but before it continued back to our sight content. Thanks

We've been experiencing latency issues over the last day. As of about 16
hours ago, latency started rising to 24s for the average request and it has
now returned to about 4s, which is way too high.
