If I understood your queston, yes you got it right. The first bullet point
means that one of the possible senders can be the user who's currently
Authenticated (via OAuth), or any of the other email that are mentioned
afterwards.

I agree with Vinny. I managed to make things a bit better in the past by
getting DKIM and SPF working for my Google Apps domain but still had lots
of email blocked with no reporting telling me what happened.
I've tried a few third party email solutions and so far my favorite is
Mandrill. I love

This isn't concerning the quota, but rather whether an app running on
myapp-hrd that aliases myapp after migration can still send mail from
addr...@myapp.appspotmail.com.

My experience wasn't that complicated. I made sure I wasn't logged
into any other Google accounts, then clicked the link in the email
(there were two, one for Google Accounts and another for Apps
accounts). It just added it to my list.
I didn't have to add a mobile number, nor create an app. It ju
oh man, sending emails is a pain. the process of doing it successfully
is awkward, expensive and surprisingly opaque. here's what i recall,
don't quote me on it...
