I haven't received any confirmation mail itself but in "Terms and
Conditions" it is written that announcement of winners will be at least one
day before the next round so in any case we should get confirmation email on
one day before the next round not if any sooner.

If your score in the qualification is greater than 33 and you don't
get caught as cheating (unlikely) then you have advanced.
There's most likely going to be a confirmation email once the results
are official (again, they are not, google has to review the solutions
and try to filter out cheaters
