I'm getting KUMC's secure encrypted attachment notice when I sent the
XLS file with the updated empirical data dictionary.
There is nothing sensitive in the attachment, I don't know what
triggered this. I'm tempted to zip the file and re-send it to the list.

The GPC standard for demographics has never been quite baked. We have never
closed #67https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/ticket/67. Yes, I
hope we can converge on what Hubert uploads, and I hope he uploads it soon. I

I'm not in a good position to judge; I guess I'd recommend a conservative
approach: upload to PCORNet CDT and send a pointer to gpc-dev.

This afternoon I got up to speed on visit types. I have several dozen
questions that may be relevant for this discussion. I could probably spend
some time throwing a query together, but I'd prefer to ask the questions before
helping with a query since it would get complicated quickly.
Note, I'm only considering the standard release range category values for
