Just drill the rivets and pull the material back a little so you can access the lower edge, hold it there with tape and side grind/Dremmel the fiberglass (I used one of those discs that fit on your drill). SMOOTH the edges before pulling the fabric back over!!I put rivets of differing sizes back

If you want to really hop up the performance of any motorcycle you ever ride, try a high-performance riding school. I was lucky enough to take Freddie Spencer's school in Las Vegas last week. (www.fastfreddie.com) and it's quite an awesome experience. Too bad they can't do if for less money
