how I got, it's been waiting in the costume closet for a good 10 years, I
bought a decent-quality wig, lots of makeup... I was expecting comments such

My son's school had a Halloween carnival. I told the kids I was a 10 yr old

I wore hubby's "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" Great
Pumpkin. This was our entry at Archon this year (St. Louis science
fiction convention). I only kept it on long enough for the contest,
though, as I was sweating buckets in it. I think they decided to
turn the heat up in the buildi

My house is decorated as a spider-filled graveyard so I am dressed as spider
graveyard queen. I have a bony crown and an all black outfit which includes
short puff sleeve (cartridge pleated) jacket over black canvas Victorian corset
over skirt which is below knee a-line in front and floor leng
I too grabbed random stuff from the closet-mixing and matching odd bits, wig,
headdress and some costume prop bits for a nifty Satana.
Photo has already been promised, due to threatening promises made locally. :P
But judging by the stunned acclamations around the work block, a keeper

Ate pumpkin soup and carved a pumpkin and I am listening to the music of

The only one in costume is my little bunny backpack in her little witch
dress with broomstick and pumpkin.

I sort-of dressed up. I am intermittently wearing white bunny ears
(intermittently because they're a little tight) and if anybody asks I am

I am taking the girls to the Mall for a costume contest, and I am wearing my
Empire gown with stays et al. My girls will be an angel and a fairy--very
apropos. As I am a homeschooling, stay-at-home mom, that very much falls
