I have CPRS working with cxoffice ... but...
I installed vista on my laptop so, I could play with it at
work ...cough...
And... I was able to get cprs working with cxoffice.
With the richdll error.. which I am pretty sure is easily fixed.

Thanks to William Wong's suggestion Nancy tested the Reports Tabit
was late and it was the only tab we didn't try. When you do try to use
it you get an OLE errorafter that the other tabs still work on my
system but the File, Edit, etc. pull down menus stop working. It would
be
THe issue of a Kylix port has been looked at by Maury Pepper at some length,
and it would be a BIG job to move it over to Kylix.
