Joe, You can conference call with Skype too...I think it's up to 5 people...after that I recommend Teamspeak which would require setting up a server. Molly and I have been using Skype to connect for over a yearI have reduced my business phone bill to about $30/mth (am using VOIP now too) ..

Kevin, I work with these systems in the VA all the time and we don't have that magic HL7 syncing system. We generally run a cluster of servers, sometimes with a backup set in case the main cluster goes down. But data entry in two databases at the same time and an attempt to sync up later just

This won't help but just out of curiosity Turn on a TCP traffic monitor and then fire up CPRS and see how much traffic initial screens, etc. send across the wire. It's quite common to find client/server apps designed to fetch all the data for a list box, etc. without thinking ahead of time t
