Reverse the meaning of what a 1 and 5 mean in the test. So basically make 1 be strongly agree and 5 be strongly disagree but then change around the questions so strongly agreeing is bad in some cases but good in others. Also include in there some questions that contradict each other, i.e. if

How about throwing out the highest and lowest scores and then averaging only the ones left. Or you can only count scores where the majority of the reviews are located. So lets say if a you go from 0-100% you can have a threshold of 20% on the scores so if most people rated someone at 70% below 50 a
