I have not changed the drive yet and it is still powered up and still making
noise every couple of minutes. New drive on order, ordered a NEC 3550 even
though in the past have not liked NEC stuff but my last Pioneer was/is a
disappointment.

True on the overclocking, but I think that if RAM isn't capable of at least
a 10% overclock, it probably isn't

I have noticed that on my laptop, it takes a long time to send jobs over
the network from Acrobat Reader 7. A two page print job might take 5
seconds from Word Perfect, but takes 2-3 minutes from Acrobat. Anyone ever
see this before and/or have a suggestion?

As I've mentioned on this list previously, nothing but Corsair XMS goes in
my main box. :)

WD-52725) using a DVI input. The TV itself only has HDMI so I have an
adapter. However, I can't get a picture to display on the TV.

encrypted HDMI signal which the PC isn't supplying. Hence the lack of
picture.

Well, in many cases, you can make this work (DVI to HDMI) but I'm not sure if
this will work with a Geforce 4400. I have done this with a 6xxx series,
though.
You might make sure you have the latest drivers from Nvidia. And lookup the
exact resolutions supported by your HDTV
