Wayne,
Believe you got the secret. I checked the Accessibility and nothing was
checked. I checked the Ignore font sizes specified on webpages and that
seems to have fixed it. One would thing that font size would be under the
Font button, but all I see is font typeface selection.

Never heard of such a thing. They don't have the same problems with
OS piracy as Windows does, or if they do they aren't dumb enough to
see it as a bad thing that more people are using their OS :)

My last rebuild, 2003 so I'm excited to get this new project going.
The only thing I plan on re-using is my chieftec tower. I'm pulling
the guts out of it and putting it in another tower. That p4 3.2 still
does regular PC work just fine -- but I want to get back into the
higher end gaming.

I agree, never heard of anything at all like that. there's not
activation.
They don't have as big a problem with piracy is true, otoh, I know a
lot of mac users who dole out ~$130 every time an OSX revision comes
out.
Actually, it wouldn't surprise me to start seeing apple implementing
X1950 XT is a pretty good mid-range video card right now, around $200 or so.

I was tinkering with some part ideas for a buddy:
Asus M2M WS Pro $258.00
AMD AM2 Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 5200+ Socket $200
Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C4 2GB DDR2-800 $214
Coolermaster STC-T01-UBK$129
Seasonic S12 600W $150
SAPPHIRE Radeon X1950 XT 512MB $299
Seagate 7200.10 Barracuda
The E6600 (as originally mentioned) is a vastly superior option. Pick up any
680i board (EVGA 122-CK-NF68).
I'd suggest the Raptor you were looking at, and the Seasonic S12-600 is a
fantastic power supply.
Corsair memory has always been my favorite, so that suggestion is solid.
