Does anyone have any experience using remote control and monitoring software? I've been looking at Silverback and Kaseya, and Spiceworks, but the first two are very expensive for what I need and I couldn't get Spiceworks to work. I'd be interested in hearing other people's experiences. T

That means on the computer you construct the file sets on, not the computer you are trying to fix... Do you have a machine with MSIE7 on it? PS: It also works best if your OS is the same type too... Since I posted, I went, got the the kit, installed it, got all the files, (12.1M IIRC)
