Does anyone have any experience using remote control and monitoring
software? I've been looking at Silverback and Kaseya, and
Spiceworks, but the first two are very expensive for what I need and
I couldn't get Spiceworks to work. I'd be interested in hearing
other people's experiences.

PCs in the house. I used TightVNC over Hamachi to control my work pc from
home and vice-versa.
