We have several of their widescreen LCD's at work. They're OK - not great - and not something I'd get excited about except over price. The stands are junk. All of my developers who have Acer monitors have to stuff a few O'Reilly books underneath them to get them to a comfortable viewing

If I recall correctly you can't play the game without a Steam account to validate and activate it. When my hardrive died and I replaced it when I reinstalled the game with my legitimate CD key Steam complained saying my key was already in use. This is with the same Steam account. My best guess
