My system is similar, same mb cpu. Just upgraded from a 9600pro to an X800XL agp, about 250 from Newegg. Wasn't ready to replace everything, so just the card should keep me going for a while longer. Very happy with it, and its nice to go from medium settings in Far Cry to very high. Mike
