I've tried
I don't actually do this for a living, (anybody surprised???),
but I have found with friends, etc., even the dumber than dirt ones,
Teamviewer is a snap.
It is SMALL, free for casual uses, (like friends, etc.), and all they
do is (get and) start the program and give you the PER SESSION
access
