The title is "Uzu u-Muzu mi-Kefar Kakaruzu" and was published in Hebrew in
1987 (Keter, Jerusalem).
The Institute for the Translation of Hebrew Literature website says that an
English translation "is available", but I didn't find any further

Messages and opinions
A local family is looking for a place to donate siddurim. They are
old but in good condition. Some are translated into Yiddish, Polish,
Russian or Hungarian. There may be other sefarim, as well. Any
