paper and distributed by mail, is now split into two separate electronic
publications which will be posted online only.

The 2010 issues are not freely available because of a 1 year 'moving wall'.
ALL digital content of previous and current issues will be available to
members once the new website is aired and password capabilities are in
place. We already have the 2010 PDFs ready for posting online.

I'm not sure I understand your question. There are no links to/from Amazon
from the website or from the PDF.
Only 5 to 10 reviews from each section (teen/adults) are chosen for Amazon
and only after they were distributed to members.
All previous Newsletter issues are open to the world with a
first issue to the last one (Nov/Dec 2010).
