Tree of Life Judaica and Books, where I work in Seattle, is also
selling the DVD. I first saw it at the Jewish Film Festival in March
in Seattle and it is excellent. It highlights the history ofJews in
the past 2 centuries mainly in Egypt, Libya, and north Africa. I had
not known,

I have just watched the DVD The Forgotten Refugees about the Jews
from Arab lands who were expelled from the 1940's onward.
It had documentary footage and interesting interviews with Jews
who grew up in Libya, Iraq, and so on. Theirs is a story we don't
hear very often.
