I normally wouldn't say anything in a situation like this, as I hope that
people get their books published and the books are purchased; however,
University Press of America isn't a well respected publisher (and this
situation convinces me, given that the book won't be printed unless there
are a sig
Perhaps if the esteemed author would post a chapter or two, so we at least get
the gist of the book.
Especially for those of us who are aware that "god" is a myth created by males,
for males, a few thousand years ago.
