program called Ristretto. Fine, but why the heck would you show me

Your mailer is not a whole lot better if it says unknown-8bit
when what you're sending is ISO-8859-1 or some similar encoding.
A funny thing, though, is that his mailer is a newer version of your
mailer. Be prepared.
