I do not know of a neutrophil specific ab for human ffpe tissue. You could do just DAB without blocking with h202 for myleoperoxidase but it will not distinguish between eosinophils and neutrophils myeloperoxidase will stain all myeloid cells with granules in the cytoplasm (granulocytes). Patsy
