After researching and calling CAP I have realized it is not a CAP policy for pathologist to order IHC/SS only after viewing the H&E. But, it is an active LCD. I am new to regulations in labs, being my first time to run one. Pardon my mistake and thanks for the responses. -- Ms. Gareth B. Davis
