protocols. We encountered problems in the 8-hr and 5-hr protocols.Both produced
tissues that were too difficult to section in the microtome. My his
I still use my T/T mega microwave, with exchange of solutions the Peloris
takes a little longer than our microwave.
Yes, you can still use Xylene, Leica has protocols for Xylene usage.

Does anyone use Formula 83 as their Clearant on a Peloris tissue processor?? If
so, have you had any problems?? Please let me know as we are experiencing
consistent problems with water in the Formula 83.
