Is this a pub server or LAN server? 1 instance of HLDS will work, but you'll have some scripting to do to run 4 servers from the one directory, expecially if you're running admin_mod or other add ons. If you're running linux only, I'd suggest you subscribe and post this on the HLDS_LINUX listse
