Thanks, that works just fine.
My new problem is, how do I shut down the server? Is there a program out
there that lets us shut down CS:S servers via rcon? The server I'm running
isn't right in front of me. I need rcon access, but I also don't have CS:S.
I know there are remote access programs f
Documentation would be much appreciated :)
On a side note I got this error when trying to update from a clean
folder to cssource.

Say you want to create a nav file for the map aim_headshot... I would
install the map and run the map... once the map is up and running I would
add a bot (bot_add). Within short time you will see a progress bar pop up
and the server/bot will go through several tasks to finally come up with a

Once you have a bot populating the server is will go through a series of

I noticed it wanted -'s instead of +'s for all but the map. You forgot
to specify -console. Try this:
Srcds.exe -game cstrike -maxplayers 20 +map de_dust -console

That's great. So if i just move for instance aim_headshotz into the server
the creation of the files will be automatically done?

Create another HLServer directory, one not containing HL1 content, and copy
the hldsupdatetool.exe to the new folder and use the following command from
the new directory from the command prompt.
HldsUpdateTool.exe -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir

Hi, I was wondering how to get the CS:S dedicated server? I went onto

Which begs the question, why did they change the max number players for

I really was not aware that they have. But the anwser is probably because
