very easily.. goto the steampowered status pages, look at the details for
the content boxes.
The ones that are flooded are the preloaders. Last night it was 4 of them,
1,4,8,and 18 I thought. That's probably changed since last night though.

box, sys_ticrate does nothing for 3 instances. If one instance runs the
hlbooster MM plugin, then all instances can use their own sys_ticrate
properly (2 without the hlbooster plugin). However, a server that uses 1-5%
log off when not actively doing something on the server, so none of those
types of things would work. I did notice, though, that if I ran the server
in a dos window present on my desktop that sys_ticrate works fine as long as
I leave it running like that, and just lock the session when I
