AMX 0.9.7 was never released officially. There were about a dozen versions that used the 0.9.7 tag and the default reserved slot plugin was changed during that process. Assuming you have the late version, you use the sv_visiblemaxplayers cvar in your server.cfg. In your case you would set the cv
