There does appear to be a correlation between the FPS and the CPU numbers
The 18 player server though seems to cope quite well with:
fps_max 600
sv_maxrate 2000
sv_maxupdaterate 120
tickrate 100
whilst maintaining >500 FPS

Did you wonder if this latest patch that again did nothing for HL2-DM fixed
the regular memory error crashes that everyone has? (Since I'm sure you
mean to ask, the answer is "no it did not fix anything with HL2-DM).

I think so... Mine is crashing... and too tired to play with it server or
client... at a number of servers seems to be the same story... reading the
update did not seem to be all that much updated... to cause these errors
being reported...

mani plugin works for first menu but no sub menu shows.
I guess a lot changed with this update eh?

First - A number of the maps are getting a sound loop that ecventually
crashes the server.
Second - The Bots are delayed excessive players are standing around waiting
on them

We have released an update to Counter-Strike: Source and the Source
engine. Run the hldsupdatetool to get this update.
This update includes a fix for the .bz2 HTTP download mode only
downloading one file at a time and for bots filling a server on round
change, preventing clients from joining a tea
There will be a Counter-Strike: Source update within the next couple of
hours.

to me that the stats command here is using a much shorter sampling

It might be an idea to 'gimp' players instead instead of kicking/banning
them (restrict their movement speed to like 50 or something). This way,
its pointless to speedhack but laggers won't be kicked anyway.

For Some Reason it seem That in game Voice for one of my server does not work.
sv_voiceenable 1 is in the config and and I type sv_voiceenable in the console
it returns sv_voiceenable = 1
Yet it does
On all our servers it seems to work perfectly.
