min rates are set, i think it's cl_minrate 15000 cl_updaterate 66 and cl_cmdrate 66 (it's a 66 tick server and the game is CS:S). i did try to run the sourcemod version of mani but i could never figure out if it was actually working so i removed sourcemod and i currently use the "normal" version.
