Doesn't seem to make difference. Of our 4 pubs (in 3 different datacenters), 1 (with VAC) isn't having this problem at all, yet. If I were to crackpot a theory, I'd say keep rebooting the server until it finds a steam auth server that likes it. Otherwise, chill until people @ steam/valve go
