Mr. Reynolds, RE: CS:Source WinSRCDS - is there any official information available that would explain how to properly setup files for HTTP fast download? There are numerous concerns (reading on SteamPowered and visiting with other admins) that WinSRCDS Servers have an issue serving the resources
