I have used godaddy to host my maps on my server paying a little under
$7/mo (since i have multiple domains have the deluxe plan), but you can
get it for $5/mo and its full web hosting. Works great. its fast never
had a problem

currently I've been using hostmonster, but speeds have been very erratic.
