Anyway, I'd bet dollars to doughnuts that it's Beetle's Mod causing the
instability.
I always disable it until he updates a couple of times after every major TF2
update.

going wrong on your server and you have plugins (baring you have no
idea what's going on or what you're doing), then disable EVERYTHING.
If it crashes once you do that, then you have a problem.

update your gamedata files if using sourcemod. it solved these kind of

every time my server starts it crashes every server i connect to
