I noticed this too. And when rounds start people seem to be getting a
disconnect warning for a short period of time.

Maybe it happens when someone kills some player with critical hit (i
got this 3 times of 4 when server crashed) Just after someone got
killed by critical hit (last time it was player killed player with
minigun (crit), but im not sure.

...and it FAILS to reconnect to steam. The longer you keep the reject rule
on, the more likely it will fail to reconnect. Only server restart helps
then...
