Those gaps, surrounded by spikes in traffic, look a lot like choke, and I see that your "in" rate is also very high. Try raising your client "rate" to 10 or a similarly high number, or raise sv_minrate on the server to something very high like 10, and these will likely go away. Forcing

Does this give out a different error level, so that one can say "if error, then sleep 30" so that scripts that just start up the server after crash dont come into a endless loop if the port is still in use, since i can understand people would not be so happy if it restarts 24/7 every (mili)second.
