Are you talking about CS:S ? if yes, mp_fadetoblack hasn't changed at all, that's just a zblock feature with zb_fadetoblack "1", it fades screen and SOUND (as it was bugged before, you could still hear sound from where you died), and after you can watch other teammates screen. what's wrong in it ?
