I dont think that the servers are breaking, iirc when getting banned from
entering in the wrong rcon password you get IP banned which results in you
not being able to see the server at all either ingame / steam browser / hlds
at least this used to be the case if it no longer is i'm sure someone

the server performance this is on a reasonably high end dedicated gaming
server running only srcds (CSS / TF2) processes however I am running a
1000hz kernel timer which does all our "boosting" the TF2 servers are

I recommend HalfD for non-Source servers. While it appears that Maelstrom
is no longer supporting it and www.halfd.org is gone, you can still view

Does halfd (http://www.halfd.org) work with CS:S? If it did then it would
be a simple matter of putting %n and any clan tags you wish in the first
section of halfd.exclude. Result: insta-ban.
