I cant take credit for this, so go read the forum post here where there is
an explanation. In short, its much like the normal method:
We USED to get it a lot (that and missing entitys/broken ladders/respawn
doors on dustbowl :( ) but it seems to have gone away now. The servers
reboot every two days at midnight iirc, and we have all the latest versions
of mm, am and hlds. Servers are windows.

Cheat? Perhaps it can be used in that way, but its also the only way of
getting rid of the repeating sounds you get so often in tfc and cs. Removing
it from the game just because a league dosent allow its usage is silly.

Its possible, look at neo-tf for TFC. Course the players would have to
dl the models for the weapon, and perhaps the sprites and explosions,
but it isnt impossible with some dll jiggery pokery

I see this a lot in tfc. The server or client seems to think the player
model is above or below its actual position so you see people running around
in the air, or in the floor. You cant actually shoot them tho (the models
that is). If you move your crosshairs over the model it wont give you any

Short of restarting the server, you can wait 24 hours until you use a rcon
command again and youll be fine.
