It's really not unplayable, bit there are lags from 1 second, sometimes.

These resources that Valve are 'wasting'
I wish our SRCDS was only utilizing 40% CPU and a TOP in the 1.0 area.
Most of the time, if there are two SRCDS running against each other,
they are both over 50% CPU a piece (of 200%) and the TOP is at 2 or
greater. Throw in a 1.6 server or two and you are looking at CSS

So the Server only got 1 CPU, its an AMD 2200, the Problem is, thats it
