Depending on your maps I'd recommend to keep the .nav files downloadable. https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Navigation_Meshes ...they're not just for bots, but also for naming certain areas and for hostages (a hostage map without its .nav will freeze them to their spot making it
